Residents at Glen-Aire own their homes. Unfortunately, we do not rent units.

Lot rent varies slightly between single and multi units.
Single units currently sit at $385 per month and multi units at $395.
The only utility included in lot rent is trash. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, lawn, and water/sewer.
We bill for water quarterly. All other utility bills will come from utility providers (Indian Michigan Power, Michigan Gas Utilites, etc.)
