Residents at Glen-Aire own their homes. Unfortunately, we do not rent units.

Lot rent varies slightly between single and multi units.
Single units currently sit at $385 per month and multi units at $395.
The only utility included in lot rent is trash. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, lawn, and water/sewer.
We bill for water quarterly. All other utility bills will come from utility providers (Indian Michigan Power, Michigan Gas Utilites, etc.)

We also have an email list for interested parties where you’ll receive information about homes directly to your email inbox. You can specify that you’d like to be added to that in our contact form and we’ll get you put on!
Homes are first come, first serve - we do not offer a waitlist.

We do not allow pet dogs.
Residents are allowed 1 cat.
