Glen-Aire is a senior community with 130 homes. It is located about 3 miles from Lake Michigan, five miles south of St Joseph, four miles north of Stevensville.
Statement of Intent: Glen-Aire, LLC is a manufactured home community intended and operated as a community providing “housing for older persons” under the U.S. Fair Housing Act. Under the Act, those persons aged 55 and older are identified as “older persons”.
